The research and development plan “Development of a Platform for Social Implementation of Environmental DNA Surveys for the Fisheries Industry and Ecosystem Conservation”, in which we are participating as a partner university, has been accepted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for its 2023 R&D support program for growing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) “Go-Tech Project”. This plan aims to solve social issues by using the method of environmental DNA analysis, which is being researched and developed mainly by the Center, with Fishpass Co., Ltd., as the main research implementing agency.
